What we collect

When you book a fit call, we collect what you type into the form: your name, email, brand name, store URL, what you sell, country, phone number, rough monthly revenue, and what isn't working. When you ask for the hook library, we collect your first name and email.

How we use it

We use form details to get back to you: to set up and prepare for your call, and to send you the hooks you asked for. We also use Meta's pixel so we can see which Facebook and Instagram ads led someone to the site, a booking, or the hook library. We don't sell your details.

Where it goes

Form details are emailed to our team. Emails are sent through Google Workspace and calls are booked through Calendly, each under their own privacy terms. Meta (Facebook) receives a signal when someone visits a page or finishes a form, so we can measure ads. That uses Meta cookies, under Meta's privacy terms. This site also remembers, in your browser and for the current visit, that you've unlocked the hook library.

Your choices

To see, correct, or delete what we hold about you, email partnerships@surkush.com. You can also manage how Meta uses data for ads in your Facebook or Instagram settings.
